4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Production Lead Time
All Orders are custom-made. Production begins only after full payment and final specification confirmation.
- Lead Time: 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Crucial: Once production commences, Orders are final, non‑cancelable, and non‑refundable.
4.2 Carriers & Methods
We use reputable international carriers or freight forwarders based on package size and destination:
- Express Services: FedEx, DHL, UPS;
- Postal/Economy: USPS, EMS, ePacket;
- Freight (LCL/FCL): for heavy/bulk shipments.
4.3 Tracking & Notifications
- A shipment tracking number is emailed at dispatch.
- You may monitor status via the carrier’s website or your order dashboard.

4.6 Risk & Title
- Title and risk transfer to Customer when Carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered.”
- “Delivery” includes drop‑off at specified address, P.O. Box (if used), or third‑party pickup.
- Inspect external packaging before signing; if damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
5. After‑Sales & Refund Policy
5.1 No Cancellation & No Refund
Due to custom production, we impose a strict No Cancellation, No Return, No Refund policy, except in case of our own shipping error.
5.2 Shipping Errors & Defects
If we ship the wrong item/model/quantity, or if the product has a manufacturing defect:
- Report within 7 days of delivery: unboxing video + photos (item & label).
- Validation: our team reviews submission and confirms error/defect.
- Resolution: we arrange at our cost either:
- Replacement shipment of correct items; or
- Refund of product price (excluding duties and shipping).
5.3 Exclusions (Non‑Refundable Scenarios)

- Incorrect model or specification selected by Customer;
- Change of mind or canceled project;
- Misuse, improper installation, environmental damage;
- Damage due to power surges, static discharge, or other user‑induced causes;
- Loss or delay due to customs, Carrier errors, or force majeure;
- Warranty, maintenance, or technical support requests.
5.4 No Warranty or Maintenance
All Products are sold “as‑is” with no post‑delivery warranty, technical support, or maintenance services provided.
Customers must ensure product suitability and installation by qualified personnel before ordering.
6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
6.1 Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim arising from these policies or a purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected Products.
6.2 Exclusion of Damages
